1. GPON: BTCL provides Internet with Telephone service through optical fiber. The Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON), high bandwidth shared fiber access technology, allows access to Triple Play services (Video, voice and data).
2. ADSL: BTCL provides Copper cable-based Internet with Telephone. Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) is a type of broadband communications technology used for connecting to the Internet over existing telephone line.
3. PABX: PABX can be used on telephone lines. Auto-hunting facility (upto 8 numbers) is available.
4. PRI: PRI is Primary Rate Interface which is a standard that lies within the ISDN or Integrated Services Digital Network framework. One PRI connection can take all the load of 30 separate lines.

Data & Internet Service

BTCL has the largest infrastructure for providing LLI(Leased Line Internet) and VPN (Virtual Private Network) which comprises of optical fiber network with high capacity routers and switches across the country (upto Union level). The important features of this service are:

Leased Line Internet: LLI service of BTCL is a premium Internet service, provided by optical fiber. The connection is dedicated, full duplex, connected by real IP address and has minimum latency.

2. Public IP Address: BTCL leases dedicated real IP addresses for its existing LLI customers (both ipv4 and ipv6). IP blocks are given on per year basis and needed to renew each year by customers.
3. NIX Servvice: BTC has National Internet Exchange (NIX) Service which main purpose is to facilitate exchange of domestic Internet traffic among the peering ISP members. This enables more efficient use of international bandwidth and improves the Quality of Services for the customers of member ISPs, by unnecessary traversing multiple international hops.
4. Cache Service: TCL has Google, Facebook, Akamai and JagoBD cache servers. It enables end users to access services like YouTube, Facebook and others in high scalable speed from BTCL cache server. Connection bandwidth of ISP should be greater than 100Mbps. Cache bandwidth will be at least 50% of your internet bandwidth

Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a technology that allows customers to make secure private network connections over a public network. Through BTCL's VPN service, ISP / IIG operators can provide high-speed data-internet services to remote areas at the lowest prices, various corporate entities can do video conferencing at minimum latency within their branch offices and various organisations including banks can use this service to establish secure communication between their data center and branch offices.
